Manuel Turizo (full name Manuel Turizo Zapata) is an urbano and reggaeton singer songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Colombia whose trademark is his smooth buttery tenor singing voice. The singer has made significant inroads towards Latin pop. Una Lady Como Tu (his 2016 hit) won a Colombian Kids Choice Award, 2017. Favorite Song. The year 2017 saw the release of ADN the first of his long-players with La Industria Inc. in Medellin. The album reached the top of the charts at number 8 on the Top Latin Albums charts. Vaina Loca is the Top Five smash hit in 2010, featured him alongside Ozuna. Mala Influencia is his collaboration with Noriel in 2020. The following season, Dopamina became his second album. He also appeared as a duo TINI for her viral streaming single Maldita Foto. A 2023 release of 2000 featuring the mega-hit La Bachata. Turizo is from a musical background, both his elder brother and mother also play music. In interviews, he has stated that music is compulsory. When he was young, he taught to play guitar, the piano and the ukulele. The first choice for his career was to become a vet however, his brother Julian encouraged him to learn to sing with an instructor from a Cuban instructor. It was the result that he discovered his own talents for singing, and the result transformed his career path.
